Entering the circular entrance hall, you by pass the stairs upstairs that follow the line of the building, through to the large kitchen/dining/living room. It is all open plan with a couple of small steps down to the lounge area. The kitchen forms an “L” shape around the dining area giving it a country house feel. The lounge has a wood burning stove that easily heats the whole area. There is oil fired central heating throughout the house, should more heat be required.
Along a corridor from the kitchen you go past the large store room, the guest WC and the entrance to the guest apartment and then into the good sized laundry room, then into the south facing living room with its own wood burning stove. The owners have recently put in good double glass doors which lead out to the front of the house and the pool area.

The house has A/C hot and cold throughout, oil fired central heating throughout, double glazing, a BBQ and summer kitchen on a large covered terrace.
It is a great house for entertaining and living outdoors with the huge area of land. A previous owner had started to flatten an area with the view of building a tennis court, which unfortunately has not been completed!
It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest town of Sant Juan, which has a restaurant and a bar, and 5 minutes by car to Montuïri.
